About our clinic

Our clinic is led by Jaclyn Quinn, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 15 years in the health industry.

We're excited to announce the opening of our new allied health clinic, a warm and welcoming space designed for all ages and abilities. As an Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years of experience in the health industry, I'm passionate about providing a holistic approach to health and well-being. Our clinic is committed to serving a diverse range of clients, including those supported by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), and Medicare, as well as private clients. From paediatrics to geriatrics, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each individual, helping you achieve your health goals in a supportive and friendly environment.

Our mission is to create a community where everyone feels empowered to improve their quality of life. We believe that movement is medicine, and our goal is to make exercise and rehabilitation accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to improve your overall fitness, we're here to guide you every step of the way. We can't wait to welcome you to our clinic and partner with you on your health journey.

What an Accredited Exercise Physiologist does

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is a university-qualified allied health professional. The job is to prescribe exercise as treatment, in the same way a physiotherapist prescribes hands-on therapy or a dietitian prescribes a change in diet, and it covers chronic disease, injury, disability and persistent pain.

The practical difference is the assessment, because nothing gets handed to you until we've looked at your history, your medications, how you move now and what you're trying to get back to, so what you're asked to do has a reason behind it and it changes as you change.

Who we see

We work with all ages and all abilities, paediatrics through to geriatrics. Some people arrive with a Chronic Disease Management plan from their GP, some through NDIS or DVA, some through WorkCover after an injury at work, and plenty simply book themselves in because something isn't right and they want it dealt with.

You don't need a referral to book privately. A referral is only needed if you intend to claim through a funding scheme, and we'll tell you which one applies to you before you commit to anything.
