Group Classes

Small, supervised groups for people who don't want to train on their own. Everyone works to their own program, with a clinician in the room the whole time.

Guided exercise programs, including Pilates and strength training to improve flexibility, balance, and overall fitness in a supportive group setting.

Who it suits

If any of these sound like you, it's worth a conversation.

  • You have finished one-to-one rehabilitation and want to keep the gains
  • Training on your own has never stuck and you want the routine of a set time
  • A busy gym is not somewhere you feel comfortable training
  • You want supervision without the cost of individual sessions every week
  • You're on an NDIS or Home Care Package and group sessions stretch your funding further
  • You want other people around you while you train

What a session looks like

  1. Assessed first

Everyone is assessed individually before joining a group, so the exercises you're given are chosen for your body, your condition and what you're working towards.

  2. In the room

Groups stay small, and a clinician is in the room the whole time correcting technique and adjusting as needed, so you always know what a movement should feel like.

  3. The mix

Classes cover Pilates and strength work, with balance and mobility built through both. What you do inside the session still comes from your own program.
