Booking an appointment with us is easy! You can schedule your visit online through our user-friendly booking system. Simply select your preferred service, choose a date and time that works for you, and complete your booking in just a few clicks.

If you can't find a time that suits, ring the clinic on 0493 403 508 or send us your details and one of the team will be in touch.

What to bring to your first appointment

• Clothes you can move in, and closed-in shoes
• Any referral or care plan from your GP
• A list of your current medications
• Any scans, specialist letters or reports that relate to why you're coming in
• Your NDIS plan, DVA card, WorkCover claim number or Home Care Package details, if you're claiming

What happens on the day

The first appointment is mostly conversation and assessment, covering your history, what you're trying to get back to, what hurts and what you have already tried, and then we look at how you move now, so you leave with a program written for you and a clear idea of what the next few weeks look like.

Nothing is decided in advance, and you'll leave the first appointment knowing what the plan is.

Ask for the free phone consultation instead. It's a call with one of our clinicians, and it's the right first step when you're not sure what you need. Send us your details and we'll ring you back.

Cancellations

We understand that unexpected things come up. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on a waiting list. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at full rate.
